Weishaupt Training Programs – Payment (In-Person Sessions) and / or cancellation policy.



Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your seat.
  • Seats are limited; unpaid registrations cannot be held.
  • Approved corporate accounts may request invoicing, with payment due in full prior to the course date.



Accepted Payment Methods

The Weishaupt Training Facility accepts:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
  • Debit Cards (processed as credit)
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Electronic Bank Transfer / Wire (by prior arrangement only)



Cancellations & Refunds

  • 14+ days before training: Full refund or complimentary transfer to another session.
  • 7–13 days before training: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before training or no-shows: No refund. In certain unforeseen circumstances, participants may be eligible for a one-time transfer to a future course date.




Rescheduling by Weishaupt

If Weishaupt must reschedule or cancel a session (e.g., due to low enrollment or instructor illness), participants may either transfer to another available session or receive a full refund.



Certificates of Completion

Certificates will be issued only to participants who:

  1. Attend the full in-person training session,
  2. Have paid in full before the training date, and
  3. Successfully demonstrate required knowledge and skills by passing both theoretical and practical assessments.


Weishaupt instructors reserve the right to withhold certification if a participant does not meet academic standards, complete the required instructional time, or demonstrate sufficient practical competence.
