Participants gain hands-on exposure to real burners, combustion managers, and fuel systems, enabling them to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits. Through a combination of interactive learning and live demonstrations, attendees build confidence engaging engineers, contractors, and operators, all while learning directly from Weishaupt experts with real-world field experience. This training strengthens your ability to sell value, not just price, positioning you as a trusted advisor in every customer conversation.

The training is designed to combine theory, demonstration, and hands-on practice in a seamless learning experience. Each session begins with a focused discussion on product features, applications, and sales strategies. Participants then move to live demonstrations of burners, combustion managers, and fuel systems, allowing them to see the equipment in action and understand its advantages.

Hands-on exercises reinforce key concepts through real-world scenarios, including system commissioning, troubleshooting simulations, and application-based problem solving. By immediately applying what you learn, you’ll retain knowledge more effectively and gain the confidence to translate technical expertise into successful sales conversations.

  • Product & Portfolio Mastery: You will explore the capabilities and applications of the W and WM-Series, including gas, oil, and dual-fuel systems. Training covers combustion manager operation and benefits, giving you the technical understanding needed to clearly communicate Weishaupt’s unique advantages to customers.
  • Application-Based Sales Strategy: This course teaches you how to match products to customer needs, effectively communicate ROI, efficiency, and lifecycle value, and handle objections with technical confidence. By connecting product knowledge to real-world applications, you’ll gain the tools to influence purchasing decisions and drive sales success.
  • Live Demonstrations & Hands-On Experience: Participants will operate equipment, commission systems, and work through field-proven scenarios. These exercises allow you to leverage technical credibility in sales conversations, bridging the gap between product expertise and persuasive selling.
